Recent studies have shown that a significant majority of higher education leaders are approaching retirement age. Many institutions have struggled to deal with the loss of key leadership, which can have significant negative financial and strategic impacts.
University Business recently conducted a subscriber survey to explore these issues, and over 400 higher ed leaders responded.
