Greetings,
I would like to invite you to our upcoming web seminar on Wednesday, March 28 at 2:00 ET, entitled Stakeholder Conversations: The Key to Long-Term Strategic Direction.
Conducting meaningful conversations with stakeholders is vital to inform and validate the strategic direction of any institution, but many traditional methods of gathering this input-such as surveys or town hall meetings-are flawed and can be misleading.
This web seminar will outline more effective ways to foster these meaningful conversations. We'll be joined by a vice president from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, which recently launched an initiative to create engaging, productive discussion with staff members as part of a broad, ongoing strategic planning process.
We're looking forward to a very informative presentation and discussion, plus live Q&A.
Even if you aren't able to attend the live event, feel free to register and you will receive access to the presentation and the event recording.
Hope to see you there,
Kurt Eisele-Dyrli
