The next generation of college students—Generation Z—has a variety of different expectations for higher education, particularly when it comes to the campus environment. Research has also indicated that Gen Z students have higher levels of anxiety and stress both entering and during college, which can significantly impact their likelihood of success.
Attend this web seminar to explore the results of the new 2017 University Lifestyle Survey from Sodexo, which polled over 1,000 U.S. students (4,000 globally) about their expectations, concerns and values when it comes to their higher education experience. The CEO of Sodexo Universities will also discuss the implications of this new research for institutions, outline some practical advice for adapting your campus to meet these changing expectations, and highlight strategies and opportunities for recruiting, engaging and retaining Gen Z students.
Topics will include:
- An overview of the 2017 University Lifestyle Survey from Sodexo
- How Gen Z students prioritize quality of life in the college selection process
- The implications of the survey findings for campus environments
- Strategies to recruit, engage and retain Gen Z students
