Originally Broadcast: Thursday, May 6, 2010
Lecture capture increases student satisfaction and improves retention and recruitment. But first the system must be implemented, and professors have to be sold on the benefits and trained in its use. The University of Missouri at Columbia introduced lecture capture at the start of this academic year, and by the end of the fall semester it was widely embraced by students and instructors alike.
Speakers: Danna Vessell - Director of Educational Technologies, University of Missouri – Columbia; Kevin Bailey - Director of Desktop Technologies, Division of Information Technology
