Welcome to EduComm 2011! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to those of you who are joining us for the first time and welcome back our returning sponsors and exhibitors. My name is Ellen Boyer. I am the EduComm Conference Director and I will be in close contact with you over the coming months, in preparation for EduComm 2011.

I am very excited about EduComm this year - we have a fantastic venue, our exhibit hall is filling up quickly and our registration, already underway, is ahead of last year!

With that in mind, please review the following:

• You are receiving this e-mail because you were listed as the company contact or alternate contact on the information form your company submitted to us. If this is not correct, please e-mail me to let me know so we can make any changes necessary.
• In the next few days, I will be sending another e-mail detailing how to register, providing codes for your booth personnel, discount/comp code passes to EduComm as applicable per your contract.
• The exhibitor kits will be e-mailed to the person(s) on the contact form by mid-March. Freeman Decorating will be our service provider this year.
• Be sure to visit the EduComm website! Each sponsor and exhibitor will receive a listing on the website so that attendees can contact you directly with their interest.

Again, welcome to EduComm! I am looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones this year in Orlando! It's shaping up to be the best EduComm yet!
