A recent survey conducted by University Business asked higher education leaders to describe their institution’s use of data and analytics, as well as the role of IT and the impact of COVID-19 on these areas.
88% of respondents said that COVID-19 had made IT, data and analytics more strategically important at their institution, and 85% said that the pandemic had made data security more of a concern.
