In research just released a few weeks ago, current students, faculty, and administrators were asked what defines student success (among other things). The answer across all regions:
- Work/career readiness (84%)
- Skill competency (81%)
- Long-term ROI
While grades remain important—especially to students—administrators, faculty, and students are defining success more holistically and adjusting campus support accordingly.
Another interesting statistic--79% of respondents reported that household income has a moderate or major impact on student engagement.
Dive into the data to discover what drives higher education student success and engagement alongside perspectives and considerations for bridging the gaps.
