Hello UBTech speakers. Well, our event is nearly upon us. When you arrive at the The Mirage, please:

• Check-in at the UBTech Registration Desk to receive your conference credentials.
• Consult the program or the app to confirm your time and room assignment. Then go to the room to see where it is.
• Visit the Speaker Ready Room in Andros A. There will be a projector in the room so you can check your slides and your computer connection.
• Over the course of the event, I will be in and around the session rooms to greet speakers. But if you see me in the hallway or the Exhibit Hall, please stop and say hello, and tell me what you think of the conference.

About handouts: Based on feedback from prior conferences, we discourage speakers from distributing paper handouts. For documents you’d like to distribute, please forward them to us as a PDF and we’ll post them on the session description page for your presentation. Also, most session rooms will be recorded; recordings will be made available to speakers and attendees after the conference.

About social media: Don’t forget to follow UBTech on Twitter @ubconference—and contribute to the conversation yourself by referencing #ubtech.

About our conference app: We have a dedicated mobile app for UBTech 2018. Install the "UB Events" app from the Apple Store or Google Play and start using it to plan your conference.
