Hello UBTech speakers. Here is some information that will help you prepare for your presentation: Managing your room It is very important that all sessions begin and end on time. Please be respectful of speakers and activities that follow yours by ending exactly at the 40 minute mark and leaving your room promptly. Session rooms will be moderated by a UB editor who will greet you and get the session started with a brief introduction (name, title, institution and session title). The moderator will also signal you when your time is almost up. (If a moderator is unavailable for your session, please begin your presentation by greeting the audience and introducing yourself. At the end of your session, please remind attendees to evaluate it on our mobile app.) Technology Please bring your computer to your presentation and use it to display your slides. We will not have loaner computers. Before you come to the conference, please familiarize yourself with the steps for connecting your computer to a projector. Be sure to bring the appropriate connection dongle if needed. In each presentation room there will be:
