Hello again UBTech speakers. You may have heard the exciting news that the Campus Tech conference has been merged into UBTech, effective this year. We are thrilled to welcome the Campus Tech community to UBTech 2018!
A few notes to help you plan your session at UBTech:
- It’s BYOD; you’ll be running your presentation from your own computer. If you have technology needs that go beyond Internet access and standard video and audio output from a computer, please let us know.
- There is no official UBTech slide template, so that’s BYO also. The one thing we request is that speakers refrain from showing a logo on every slide.
- All sessions are 40 minutes, and it’s very important to the success of the program that they start and end on time.
- We will soon post preliminary session times on our website. These are subject to change, so please don’t make travel plans or other commitments that would preclude a change in your session’s time slot.
- If you haven’t yet registered for the conference or booked your hotel room at The Mirage, please do that as soon as possible.
