The AV Summit at UBTech—a specialized 6-hour invitation-only program preceding the UBTech 2017 Conference, provides the sponsor with networking, presentation, thought leadership, and relationship-building opportunities with 30+ AV leaders from campuses nationwide. Only three sponsorship slots are available.

Sponsorship features:

1. Sponsor brings up to 3 team members to the Summit, to participate in the networking and relationship-building opportunities of the 6-hour program on Monday June 12 at UBTech.
2. Opening Networking Breakfast with the full Summit audience of 30+ attendees—campus leaders responsible for AV decision making and purchasing.
3. A dedicated 30-minute general session presentation to the full Summit audience.
4. Sponsor’s team attends all Summit general sessions with the full audience of attendees.
5. Mid-morning Networking Break with AV Summit attendees.
