Hello UBTech speakers. Well, our event is nearly upon us. When you arrive at the The Omni ChampionsGate, please:

• Check-in at the UBTech Registration Desk to receive your conference credentials.
  
  
• Consult the program to confirm your time and room assignment. Then go to the room to see where it is.
  
  
• Visit the Speaker Ready Room in Legends. During the conference, the room will be stocked with water and coffee. There will also be a projector in the room so you can check your slides and your computer connection.
  
  
• Over the course of the event, Kurt and I will be in and around the session rooms to greet speakers. But if you see us in the hallway or the Exhibit Hall, please stop and say hello, and tell us what you think of the conference. (In the Exhibit Hall, look for us at the UBTech Quad, booth 106.)

About handouts: Based on feedback from prior conferences, we discourage speakers from distributing paper handouts. For documents you’d like to distribute, please forward them to us as a PDF and we’ll post them on the session description page for your presentation.

About social media: Don’t forget to follow UBTech on Twitter @ubconference—and contribute to the conversation yourself by referencing #ubtech.

About our conference app: We have a dedicated mobile app for UBTech 2017, which you can install from the Apple Store or Google Play. Install it today and start using it to plan your conference.
