Hello UBTech 2017 speakers. Our event is underway, and we are thrilled with our program.
We have several reminders for you, but first a note of introduction. Kylie Lacey, who many of you knew from prior communications, has left our organization. Taking on her role at UBTech will be Kurt Eisele-Dyrli. If that name is familiar to you, you’ve probably seen one of our web seminars, which Kurt moderates.
Now for those reminders:
Register for UBTech 2017. Go to www.ubtechconference.com and click the “Register” link. Fill in your name, e-mail, and be sure to select “Speaker” as your registration type to ensure free registration. Then, finish filling out your contact information and click submit. Once you do this, you will receive the link to book your hotel room.
Check your session listing and bio on our site and let us know if there’s anything we need to change or add. The easiest way to find your session is to go to www.ubtechconference.com/sessions and then use your browser’s search function (generally Command-F) to find your session by keyword or last name. Once you get to your session page, you can check your bio by clicking on your name. If you haven’t sent us a headshot, please send it to kdyrli@promediagrp.com.
Promote UBTech 2017 and your session to your campus colleagues and through your social networks. Let them know that we have great deals for Early Bird registration and team discounts.
