Institutional Researchers play a critical role in analyzing and presenting data, giving much-needed clarity in strategic decision-making. This role is even more important in times of crisis, like what higher education is experiencing right now.

Topics will include:
- What types of data are useful in a time of crisis, and are there differences in how data needs to be shared and put to use?
- How does a crisis like COVID-19 emphasize the importance of IR and data literacy at a college or university?
- How can data inform future institutional preparedness efforts?
