Could your school be a Model of Efficiency?
LDS Business College in Utah was struggling with a high at-risk retention rate. Understaffed with a lack of an intervention mechanism, LDS reached out to the community for volunteers and received a generous response. It then used its LMS to create a customized student recovery plan. The results were striking, with 73 percent of at-risk students returning for the next semester, up from 50 percent previously, and two-thirds of those who came back successfully completed the semester.
