Higher education inquiries down, conversions up

Inquiry volume has been slipping since mid-2013 for virtually all programs and program types, resulting in a 21.77 percent YOY decrease in volume during 2014. Experiencing the opposite trend, conversion rates have been climbing throughout 2014 and are now at a two-year high.
