Professor Wrzesniewski’s research focuses on the powerful link between meaningful work and professional effectiveness. She studies how people make meaning of their work in difficult contexts, such as virtual or remote work, and how employers can create environments that support employee well-being, performance, belonging and organizational loyalty.
