A guide to implementing your own program

1. Offer expires May 31, 2010.  The Computrace Agent is embedded in the BIOS of many HP notebooks, though is shipped turned off. To activate the Agent, a Computrace subscription must be purchased for terms ranging from one to five years. For full details visit: www.absolute.com/products/

2. Intel® Turbo Boost Technology requires a PC with a processor with Intel Turbo Boost capability.  Intel Turbo Boost performance varies depending on hardware, software and overall system configuration. See www.intel.com/technology/turboboost/ for more information.

3. Quad Core is designed to improve performance of certain software products. Not all customers or software applications will necessarily benefit from use of this technology. 64-bit computing on Intel architecture requires a computer system with a processor, chipset, BIOS, operating system, device drivers and applications enabled for Intel® 64 architecture. Processors will not operate (including 32-bit operation) without an Intel 64 architecture-enabled BIOS. Performance will vary depending on your HW and SW configurations. See www.intel.com/info/em64t/. Intel's numbering is not a measurement of higher performance. Some functionality of this technology, such as Intel Active management technology and Intel Virtualization technology, requires additional 3rd party software in order to run.  Availability of future "virtual appliances" applications for Intel vPro technology is dependant on 3rd party software providers. Compatibility with future "virtual appliances" and Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems is yet to be determined.

4. Intel AT requires an Intel AT-enabled chipset, BIOS, firmware release, software, separately purchased Absolute LoJack Premium service subscription and must be activated and configured.  Certain functionality may not be offered by some ISV's or service providers.  Intel and HP assume no liability for lost or stolen data and/or systems or any other damages resulting there from. www.intel.com/technology/anti-theft/

5. Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm.  Enabling AES-NI requires a computer system with an AESNI-enabled processor and third party encryption software to execute the instructions in the correct sequence. AES-NI requires Intel Core i7-600 or Intel Core i5-500 Mobile Processor series and is not available in all countries. software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-advanced-encryption-standard-aes-instructions-set/
