Streamlining access to university
policies through a public portal

After learning the San Antonio community was regularly confused and even frustrated by its current system, Trinity University needed to implement a more centralized platform to provide easier access to university policies.

A new public-facing portal now provides access to all policies, which are searchable by department, topic or audience and accessible from any device, for the general public as well as the school’s 3,500 students, faculty and staff members.
