Campuses Still Hesitant to
Go Completely Cashless |
In today's fast-paced tech world, campuses have to adapt to students’ needs to ensure long-term success. Research shows students prefer a cashless environment—a card is safer than carrying cash and more convenient. Yet some campuses are still hesitant, saying a cashless environment poses security concerns and that the lack of personalization could lead to degradation in customer service.
