In an effort to encourage students to visit and engage with the resources and tools on their career center website, Texas A&M staff implemented an AI-powered chatbot.
The chatbot interacts with students and provides answers to common questions, links and other information. Between August 2019 and May 2020, the chatbot conducted more than 14,300 student conversations.
